Susie Zimmerman

Prior to her 18-year career in financial services, Susie Zimmerman worked as a pharmaceutical chemist for GlaxoSmithKline. Until 2021, she served in several operational roles, including positions in senior leadership. She joined The Leyda Group at Morgan Stanley as Group Director, where she was honored as a member of the Forbes 2023 Best-in-State Wealth Management Team. Following this role, she became part of the founding team at SpirePoint Private Client, where she now serves as Director of Operations with a strong focus on team development and day-to-day operations.

Susie earned a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences with a concentration in Molecular Biology from East Tennessee State University. In 2016, while working full-time, she earned her MBA from the University of Tennessee. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Pharmacology and Physiology through the University of Florida College of Medicine.

Passionate about giving back, Susie has led several philanthropic initiatives through SpirePoint. Including “adopting” family wish lists during the holidays, providing Christmas gifts for women and children living in shelters and full Thanksgiving meals for dozens of families at a local high school. For her, community comes first. Her work is driven not by dollar signs, but by the belief in building strength through connection and doing what you can for others. 

Susie, a native Floridian, currently resides in Jupiter with her two children, a son and a daughter. She is a part of a blended family with her significant other, who has four children. Together, the “Brady Bunch” crew of eight, enjoy visiting Disney World and Universal Studios, traveling for new outdoor adventures, running charity 5Ks like Mud Girl and Live Like Jake, and cheering on their favorite sports teams: the New York Giants and the Florida Panthers!
